User Data Deletion Instructions
At Cribbage.com, we value your privacy and provide a straightforward way for you to manage and delete your data associated with our Facebook Login integration.
According to Meta’s Platform Rules, we provide a Data Deletion Instruction Callback. If you wish to delete your user activities and data for the Cribbage.com app, you can do so by following these steps:
Option 1: Request Deletion via Email (Recommended)
If you would like us to manually remove your data from our systems, please send an email to:
- Email: [[email protected]]
- Subject: Data Deletion Request
- Information to include: Please provide your Facebook User ID or the email address associated with your Facebook account.
Once received, we will delete your user profile, game statistics, and historical data from our servers (PlayFab) within 30 days and send you a confirmation email.
Option 2: Remove via Facebook Settings
You can also manage your app permissions directly through Facebook:
- Go to your Facebook Profile’s Settings & Privacy > Settings.
- Look for Apps and Websites in the left-hand menu.
- Find Cribbage.com and click Remove.
What Data is Deleted?
When a deletion request is processed:
- Your unique Player ID is removed.
- Your win/loss records and leaderboard rankings are purged.
- Any stored profile information (name/email) is permanently deleted from our database.
